Together we outline the complete scope of your project before any work begins.  I give you a binder organizing all the details of the work, and a budget breakdown for the independent contractors who will complete it.  This tool keeps all your reference materials in one place and allows us to track and fine tune the project as it progresses. 

Weekly status reports and accounting Excel spreadsheet updates are sent to you by fax or e-mail every week for inclusion in your copy of the binder.  This way I am able to keep you informed of each detail, and balance the highest detailing standards with your financial goals and time constraints.  Due to the complex nature of  large remodels,  I work on a direct cost basis (time and materials) billed monthly.  Payment of invoices can be arranged through R. T. Design accounts payable against a project fund deposit, or paid directly by you.
