The exterior of your home, nightscape lighting, views of your garden from inside, and your home's curb appeal can be every bit as important as a well planned interior.  This is especially important if you entertain regularly, or are considering showing your home to prospective buyers.  

I offer consultation for overall landscape design, night lighting, and staging of "For Sale" homes at my custom sessions rate (click Custom Sessions below). 

If you  are planning garden lighting, I can prepare a lighting schedule that details exactly which fixtures, lamps, wattage and beam spread you'll need in each location based on your budget.  This plan is complete enough to be installed by you, or to hand off to an electrician.
